Terms of Service

Last updated: pending Dutch business registration. This is the plain-language version. The legally-binding terms will be finalised with a GDPR + Dutch-law template before paid customers sign up.

The service

Multilingual Receptionist is a phone-answering service that uses AI to answer your hotel's inbound calls in multiple languages, capture booking intents and questions, and email you a structured summary. We do not guarantee zero errors in transcription or language detection.

Pricing & billing

Subscription pricing as shown on the homepage. Billed monthly or in 6-month upfront blocks via Stripe. VAT is applied where required by Dutch and EU law. Founding-10 lifetime pricing (€49/month) is limited to the first 10 customers and locked for as long as the subscription is continuously active.

Refund & cancellation

  • 30-day full refund: if the service doesn't deliver value in the first 30 days, email us and we refund 100%.
  • Cancel anytime after that. No early-termination fees.
  • Unused minutes on metered plans do not roll over.

Service availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel). Outages on those providers will affect the service. We do not provide credits for downtime under 4 hours per month.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate hotel information for agent configuration.
  • Confirm booking requests with guests in a timely manner (typically within 30 minutes of receiving the email summary).
  • Disclose AI use to guests if local law requires it. We provide a default disclosure in the agent greeting.
  • Keep account credentials secure.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages, including lost bookings, lost revenue, or reputational harm caused by AI errors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
